New Class in the Book of Ruth
DATA FAR North Presents A New Five part series by Rabbi Shlomo Abrams at Congregation Toras Chaim
” Mother of Royalty” A whole new approach to the study of Tanach. Come join us as we study the book of Ruth and discover the beauty of the Midrash and the Talmud and learn about the roots and history of our Royalty as never seen before!
This class will enable the student to appreciate the nuances of the text and become aware of what lies behind Midrash. We will introduce techniques and skills to delve into the text and render its hidden imbedded meanings. Knowledge of these interpretive methods will be helpful to the newcomer to Torah study as well as to the experienced student.
