Congregation Toras Chaim has had the good fortune to have been able to borrow a sefer Torah from Congregation Tiferet Israel. We greatly appreciate the congregation and Rabbi Zell for all they have done for us. Unfortunately, this is only a short-term loan, and as of the end of August we will need to return the Torah.
