:arrow: Membership Dues: CTC Membership Application Form
The board of CTC has set the membership dues for 2007 at $600 for a family or single membership. This payment includes two High Holiday seats. Additional seats for members and non-members are $100 per seat. Childcare for the High Holidays is $50 per child. There is also an associate membership available in the application called “Friends of CTC†at $180 for a family or single membership. Membership is for the 2007 calendar year.
Attached is a CTC membership application form CTC Membership Application Form in .pdf format. Contained within are opportunities to give more than the minimum in both the Family/Single membership and Friends of CTC categories.
Please send your application form CTC Membership Application Form back to: Congregation Toras Chaim, 17912 Hillcrest Rd., Dallas, TX 75252. Please call Shalom Abrams at (903) 918-9650 with the number of people who will be attending shul, and the number of children who will be needing child care for the upcoming High Holidays, in order to guarantee your place at Congregation Toras Chaim this Rosh Hashana / Yom Kippur.

Also, men, please call Rabbi Rich at (972) 774-0813 and women, please call Tricia Sutkin at (972) 267-4747, with the times during the week that you would like to learn with our SEED teachers. There will be opportunities for men, women, and group learning for the children. They way things look with our Shacharis poll, we may just split the difference and daven at 7:00 AM in the morning. That means you can have an 8:00 AM chavrusa. What a great way to start your day!
