Pickup is at Congregation Toras Chaim, 17912 Hillcrest Rd., Dallas, TX 75252, on Sunday, April 13, 2008 at 9 AM. Orders must be received no later than Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 12 PM. All selections will show as “No Fee” or “$0.00″ on the order form to save you from paying online costs.
