Pickup is at Congregation Toras Chaim, 17912 Hillcrest Rd., Dallas, TX 75252, on Sunday, September 14, 2008 at 10:30 PM AM. Orders must be received no later than Monday, September 8, 2008 at 12 PM. All selections will show as “Free″ on the order form to save you from paying online costs. Please pay by cash or check when picking up order. All weights are only approximations.
