Simchas Torah (literally “Rejoicing of the Torah”) immediately follows the week-long Sukkos festival.
On this day, we carry the Torah scrolls and dance for hours around the bima (the platform where the Torah is read) — celebrating the completion of the yearly cycle of Torah readings, and the beginning of a new cycle.
A mainstay of this celebration is the singing of traditional songs — again and again, as we dance around the bima.

Good choice using the song list from http://www.jewishpathways.com/simchat-torah-1 – it’s pretty thorough, and it’s nice that they compiled it in such a beautiful format and even made recordings for it!
I noticed, though, that what must have been your link to their audio doesn’t work…you might want to check on that in case anyone is looking for audio.
