Join Congregation Toras Chaim for all-night learning this Shavuos. Three amazing classes will take us all from pasuk to p’sak, from dusk to dawn. Each class is self-contained, designed for small group study, starting with the relevant verses in the Torah and concluding with Shulchan Aruch and responsa literature explaining clearly the final halacha. - Class One: The 9/11 Agunos - Forensic studies in Halacha (Rabbi Yoni Chatzinoff) What is the status of the women whose husbands were killed in the 9/11 attacks on America. Develop insights into the issues that Contemporary poskim had to deal with when making life-changing decisions for the families involved.
- Class Two: When Thine Enemies Fall (Rabbi Avraham Chaim Bloomenstiel) Jewish Perspectives on the Death of the Wicked (bin Laden, Hussein, Arafat, etc. Ymâ€sh)
- Class Three: Marriage Made in Heaven (Rabbi Yaakov Rich) The group will explore the Torah outlook and legal perspective on the intimate relationship between the Jewish people and the Torah, and, explore in detail the prohibition to teach Torah to non-Jews.
- During the night, learners will be treated to tuna and egg platters sponsored anonymously. Coffee, soft drinks, cake and cookies will also be served.

- King David: A Special Class for Women, 5 PM: Insights and outlooks into the life and times of the King of Israel, author of Tehillim, and progenitor of Moshiach. A Special Class for Women about Dovid HaMelech, King David, by Rabbi Yaakov Rich. All women only are invited to learn about our greatest king, often referred to as the “Singer of Israel,†and one of the Seven Shepherds of the Jewish people. Learn about this giant of spirituality on the day accepted by tradition as the day he died, Shavuos.
- Mincha–7:45 PM followed by Ne’ilas HaChag (special celebration to close-out the festival, including washing for Hamotzi, singing and divrei Torah from shul members, men & women invited)
